I never used this as a profile picture on Facebook, by the way, but I've seen it done.  Please check your profile pictures and make sure they are to scale.  This photo was actually something Mario printed for me from a golf game.  I'm not sure why- it's a terrible picture.  Then again, it wasn't the only one like it shot that day.

Ever paused a Disney movie?  Then you know exactly what I'm talking about.

Pixel Pressed.

Special effect filters in photography may be exciting, but I've found that they don't always work very well, as evidenced by the above examples of sepia pixels, color correct, B&W pixels, pixel expansion, and 3-D pixels.  I've avoided these since I got those photos developed years ago.  The one on the bottom left especially makes me cringe.  Don't make the same mistake I did.  Only use filters if you need to.

Saddening Selfie.

So, besides the fact that this picture was taken right before Bowser executed another evil plan, I just have trouble taking it seriously because of all of our cheesy grins.  Bowser's is the worst, but that's probably because the flash bulb was right in his eyes.  If you take selfies with groups, try to not make them look like this (he still emailed me the picture even though it was a ploy to trick us).

Holiday Time.

Wouldn't this be like everyone's ideal vacation destination?  Seriously, I need to visit again.

Can't Remember. Don't Forget!

This probably looks like an adventure I've had before, but it's actually not.  A few little details, like the Bob-Omb and the Bullet Bill and my shoes and eggs, are all different.  Why, you ask?  I don't actually know.  I can't remember this photograph's origin, and I don't recall the adventure it came from.  I like to keep a record of my travels, but this isn't in it.  I'm showing this picture as a kind of reminder that each of us is given valuable experience that we can share with others.  It's important that we don't allow ourselves to call it irrelevant.  Nothing you do is irrelevant.  Remember that.

Lakitu, at least, did this all the time.  Thank goodness the upgraded the pixel resolution since then.

Party Time.

Sometimes the anticipation is more than I can bear.  Pretty soon we'll show everyone everything from our latest party, but for now all I can show you is this pic where Mario, Peach, Luigi, and I all literally rode a party train, because the rest of the stuff needs a little more processing.  Can't wait to see you there!

Picture Pulverized.

Why?  Why did anyone take this picture?  The resolution is bad, the lens completely skewed my build, and I can't even fathom the name tag at the bottom.  If you can look at a picture of yourself and say "That can't be me", then it probably should be retaken, or better yet, tossed.

Errand Error.

Ever had that day where you had a dreaded errand that you knew would take forever?  This photo is from a time when Bowser tried to beat us by shrinking us, though I don't remember if the pic was taken before or after he did it.  Either way, the cage, and Mario's expression especially, describe that feeling of the hated errand.

Warp Speed.

This is not my favorite picture because it was taken while we were in motion, so it looks kind of blurred.  I must admit, though, that I've never really been able to use a warp star without thinking of Star Trek.  Maybe that sounds weird, I dunno.

Have you ever noticed how life seems to repeat itself sometimes?  I need to stop running from Mario when we smack into a Goomba.  It seems like the opposite used to happen as well.  I'm going to have to chew on that.

Suits Me.

Sometimes I wish I could don a cat suit, but they look really hot!  Sometimes I wonder how Mario and the gang handle it.  It's nice having power-ups built in.  Not to sound self-satisfied or anything...

Capturing cookies is a perilous affair.  Meticulous planning is called for.  Failure to carefully consider the risks involved may result in perilously close contact with high explosives.  Just a note for all you snackers out there.

What is it with people's overreactions to heavy traffic?  If you ask me, a person should have to provide proof of ID before driving heavy machinery around the Mushroom Kingdom!

This picture was taken a few months ago.  Until I saw it, I didn't know cross-hairs appeared.  It might sound strange, but I can't see them.  Interesting.

You know what I mean.  You can make a certain comment that puts them in stitches, or give them a look that contains a paragraph's worth of meaning.  Friends are cool.

Major Motion Picture.

In case you don't know, this is one of my favorite movies.  I'm not positive, but I think Daisy actually was in it, and I know Bowser was.  I never did finish that ice cream.  I was too struck with childlike wonder.

TV Fried.

We don't watch a lot of TV either in the Mushroom Kingdom, Sarasaland, or Yoshi's Island.  This is mostly why.

Sail No More.

Every once in a while I like to look back at memories I had with my friends and laugh over the mistakes we made.  This is not one of those times.  I can't imagine whose idea this was, but it was a bad choice the minute we started.  Thankfully no one was hurt, but honestly, this could have been a real disaster!  What if someone had got lost?

By the way, I don't recommend this system.  I did it once for an engineering class (partially why I chose a different career).

New Year, Old Puns.

I know, it's a terrible pun.  I liked it though.  Besides, this was a great game.  Somewhat surprisingly, Bowser didn't hog the ball.
