This is how one awesome person showed up at my door tonight asking for candy.  I don't have anymore, because I gave her the whole bag.  Happy harvests, everyone!

Toad's Short Biography.

This week I asked if someone would please put together a scrapbook page for me kind of like Mario's or Luigi's.  Toad said he'd do it, so here's what he put together.  It's pretty neat.

Come to think of it, almost anywhere any of us have been, Toad's been there too!  I guess we just need him too much for him not to come.

Look Up, Look Down, Look OUT!

Standing on a donut lift that falls right before the ball strikes does, however, which is really nice because otherwise the photographer (Shy Guy) would have a picture of two people crying like babies.

Healthy Break.

I think we get so wrapped up in our work (Mario rescues princesses, Peach rules a kingdom, Luigi, well, rescues princesses and fixes plumbing, and I... help people save princesses).  At any rate, we should relax.

Space Cadet.

It is fun...as long as Bowser Jr. isn't attacking you with heat seeking artillery and giant hammers!  At least I can grab Bullet Bills with my tongue.  That made it a little easier.

Road Ride Realism.

You can probably relate... but these pictures were taken like 20 years apart.

Attention All-Over.

Have you ever been in a group at, like, a public speech?  Isn't it funny how everyone is chatting and texting or doing whatever until the person at the podium begins talking?  I guess that's why it's a good idea to have a good leader for any group.  Otherwise you get pictures like this.  By the way, we all focused after Tumble began talking.

Golfing Grumblings.

So yeah.  This picture was taken a few years ago on the Toadstool Tour, I think.  Donkey Kong was having a great day.  Me, not so much.

Sensible Insanity.

Whoever it was that said "always keep your eyes on the road" has evidently not raced with my friends.  That would be great advice for driving, but not for karting.

Nutty Game.

This picture of Donkey Kong and me was taken when we tried a game to see who could jump across some nuts attached to screws the fastest.  Not to brag, but I won.  I think I kind of had an advantage, wearing shoes and all.

Luigi's Short Biography.

Hello again!

     So after asking Mario to show me a scrapbook page I thought, "Why stop there?"  So now I've asked Luigi to share as well.  You can tell they're brothers...

So there you have it.  Luigi's analysis.

Party Pandemonium.

When Toad took this picture everything was kind of going wrong.  Daisy's like this close to Bowser, Wario is staggering under the weight of that dice block, and Luigi is trying to move fast but is hampered by the walkway, I'm about to fall into a woodwind instrument, and Peach is dropping everyone's coins.  Mario, on the other hand...I'm not sure.  I guess when you're Bowser's main rival for nearly 30 years you learn not to let him bug you as much.

Looking Up and On.

This was easily one of the more difficult hikes I had with Mario (the spicy food made it a little easier), but the view from the top was breathtaking.  Don't let the hill intimidate you.  Look past it to the awesome stuff ahead.

Forces Opposed.

This picture was taken before the semi-final round for Mushroom Kingdom Singles.  It was Luigi vs. myself.  Ironically, I don't remember who won.  I just remember it as the hardest game of tennis I ever played.  He was really on top of it that day.

Blast from the Glass.

Okay, so this picture wasn't taken with a good camera.  But doesn't the fact that Bowser's wearing nerdy glasses just make it awesome anyway?

Story, Or?

When a story is told multiple times it can get a little distorted.  This was not an exception to that principle.  What is true in both cases is that my buddies and I helped the brothers get home again, and that's what really matters.

Crash Concern.

When I'm surfing the web happily and my computer crashes.

Does this ever happen to you?  It's like one moment everything is fine and then the next...KABLOOIE!  At least I can still do my scrapbook.

Pineapple Problem.

Not everyone can swallow a pineapple whole.  I can, but this doesn't mean I'd recommend it to anyone.  It's sweet, but makes my throat tickle going down.

Lessons I Needed.

This item leaves me in an ethical dilemma, to be honest.  It's really kind of messed up, because the other racers are like "Yay!" one second and then "AUGH!" the next.  Who invented this stuff anyway?!?

I am not sure who took this picture, but I found it in my collection the other day.  I didn't share it because I wanted you to see my face that close; rather, I wanted to show you that everyone has extreme close-ups somewhat like these and they're worth a good laugh.

Now You See It...

I've always thought this was kind of weird, actually.  Why is it that one moment I'm playing hockey and then the very next second the visible perspective shatters and is replaced so that all you see is someone doing an (albeit pretty awesome looking) maneuver?  Does that ever happen in your life?  Maybe it's just me and the rest of the gang.

Flight Deck.

I'm not saying for a second that you should let your past dictate your future.  What I'm saying is that the past contains great lessons for our future.

I didn't have a long career in law enforcement, but it was certainly an eventful one.

Temper, Temper.

Ever met someone who seemed angry at you right off the bat?  Like they decided beforehand to just be angry at you?  This is one of those scenarios in my life where that happened.  All I knew was the guy just kept saying "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!"  I passed anyway.

Constellation Animation.

I hope I won't sound partial if I say this is my favorite star formation in the night sky.  I saw this at the Yoshi Island Observatory just yesterday, and thought I'd better snap a picture quick.

Mario's Short Biography.

So, today I decided to do something new.  I asked Mario to submit some of his own pictures for today so, here's what he gave me, just as it looked.

Interesting.  I hadn't thought of it that way before.

Volleybomb.

Not to keep talking about Mario Party or anything, but, wow.  I really can't believe some of the stuff we've done over the years so we could be called the Superstar.  Some of it doesn't seem very smart at all, in retrospect.

Crossing Chaos.

I don't know if you ever watched my friends and me in our first Mario Party, but there's a particular board named after myself where Pink is stuck on an island surrounded by whirlpools and Blue is telling her it's safe to come across.  Here's what you should know.  In spite of what Toad said, she wasn't afraid of the water because she's an awesome swimmer and the whirlpools only went two inches deep.  She was actually afraid to cross because she could see Mario on the other bank and, as you can see here, he's the size of a China doll.  Now, we tried explaining to her that that was part of the game and it was my turn which was why Mario was small, but she didn't get it.  So she spent the whole game on the island because she didn't want to shrink down to his size.  This might sound silly since he went back to normal size when his turn came, but then I shrank down and she could see it, and that just freaked her out more.  It took until the very end of the game to convince her, when no one on the board was shrunken.  Nonetheless, the myth about her fear of the water stuck.  I just wanted to clarify for your benefit why she was really so scared looking.  I okayed it with her, by the way.
